Hi, I am 68 years young thanks to Dr. Barnum and her gifted healing hands. Born with a conjoined L5-S1 nerve root causing lifelong sciatica pain, orthopedic care, traction, physical therapy, numerous treatments including nerve block no other chiropractor has helped me live as functional and pain free as she has. During almost 2 decades compounded by degenerative disk disease, cervical spinal surgery due to injuries from accidents the treatment with Dr. Barnum has prevented me from more invasive treatments and/or surgery. There were times I felt it was not possible that my body could ever feel well again but with her extraordinary patience and gift she healed me to be well again. Today was my 5th day doing the treatment. From the first day that I came to see Dr. Sharon Barnum up to today, I feel so much better. Like I told her, my pain went down by 70-80%. I drive about 1.5hrs approximately and my muscles became so intense that pain meds don’t work anymore. I was in so much pain that I had to call out so often. And on March 26, I could not help it anymore. I needed some help and Dr. Barnum helped me so much to heal my neck, shoulder and back pain. Despite that she is out of network for me, I keep going because she really helps me.

I lived with severe shoulder pain for two years that significantly limited my mobility. I was convinced I would eventually need surgery, especially since I couldn’t pinpoint any specific injury that caused it. After just a few short months of treatment with Dr. Barnum, my shoulder completely healed. It’s now been a full year, and I still have zero pain or limitations. I truly feel amazing. Dr. Barnum is incredibly skilled- her adjustments on the back and neck leave you feeling brand new every time. My body is so grateful for her care. I won’t ever go anywhere else and I can’t wait to go back!

I’ve had lower back issues from a herniated disc for about 7 years. I went to see Dr. Barnum about 6 weeks ago after not getting the results I wanted from other chiropractors. Dr. Barnum is very thorough and detailed in her assessment and care. I love the fact that she stresses preventive care (strengthening and stretching) along with medical treatments. I haven’t felt this pain free in years. She is easy to get ahold of and even made sure there was another doctor available when she was on vacation. I will continue to see Dr. Barnum and highly recommend her services. I couldn’t not be happier.

Dr Barnum is outstanding doctor. Easy to talk to. She really cares about her patients. One of my issues was that I could not move my neck. Within a a few weeks with Dr Barnum I had full range of motion. I highly recommend Dr Barnum.

I have used Dr. Barnum twice.  She is  top notch in her profession.  I have used her twice for 2 different incidents.  I did try someone else but found myself coming back to  her.  I have found myself referring others to her.  Hopefully will not have a need for. Her again tho.

When I found Dr. Barnum, I was completely debilitated (couldn’t work, couldn’t drive) because of upper back and neck (cervical) issues. I’ve been to a range of chiropractors in the last 25 or so years, and hands down, she is the most practical, down-to-earth knowledgeable of them all.  Dr. Barnum always gave me the attention I needed, spent the time to hear what was wrong, and got me back to good health. She also was a persistent advocate on my behalf when my insurance was being less than cooperative. She also had great recommendations for other medical professionals when it looked like I might need extra care. I no longer live in the area, but if I did, Dr. Barnum would be my first choice.

When I first came to Dr. Barnum, I couldn’t stand up straight and had severe back pain. Dr. Barnum thoroughly reviewed my medical history, was respectful about my concerns, and explained everything completely. She had me walking and standing tall in just a few weeks. I now go to Dr. Barnum about once a month to keep me pain free. (P.S. I drive 16 miles to see her. I have tried several closer offices, but Dr. Barnum is the only chiropractor I trust to manipulate my spine.)
